Our refund and Returns policy lasts 5 Days. If 5 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund .
To be eligible for a return and Refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Used items cannot be returned and refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The RTO Shipping cost for the return need to be borne by the customer and we will refund the balance amount after deducting the return to Origin shipping cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a period of 10 days from the date of raising refund and return request.
Customer should borne the Shipping cost for a refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only selected regular items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchange
Customers are requested to refer to the size and mention the correct size while Ordering. As return and refund cannot be done on items where customers mentioned wrong size
We thoroughly quality check our products and mark them QC pass before shipping it to customers and keep the Quality check data and evidence with us as proof. We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you need to Contact Us or send us an email at support@footpathco.in The request for exchange on a defective item needs to be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Shipping returns
The Customer should borne the RTO shipping cost in case of a Return and Refund. We will deduct the RTO shipping charge and refund the balance amount to the customer.
For exchanges of defective item, the shipping cost will borne by the Us.
